What is this store's return and exchange policy?

THERE IS NO EXCHANGE/RETURN ON ANY APPAREL; LEGGINGS, TOPS, SWIMSUITS !!

We will gladly exchange the size for you ONLY with the original tags (ONLY for shape wear & waist trainers products), but no refunds.

Make sure to include a money order of $10 for shipping and processing fee. You have 21 days to request an exchange.

No exchanges/returns on international orders & on our FITNESS apparel line .

Everything from our Fitness Apparel line is FINAL SALE.

If your return doesn't include the shipping/processing exchange and restocking fee, we wont be able to process it.

 

Incorrect Item Received/Defect

If we made a mistake with your order, or if there is an issue, then please email us at Sales@FigureSlim.com. You will receive an answer within 5 business days.

We will request photo evidence for our records, and provide a return label (domestic only) . We must be notified of any defects within 30 days of delivery. 

Any claims beyond the 30 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced. 

Our Waist Trainer/Bodyshapewear products are considered UNDERGARMENTS. Please make sure you follow the sizing chart listed and please, do not order a size down or your clothing regular size. We are ONLY able to exchange it for you once as a courtesy. 

Do you accept orders placed outside US ?

Yes, we do ship internationally.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

All orders take 3-6 days to process before shipment. We ship via USPS priority mail which takes 2-3 days to arrive anywhere in the US. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

DURING A MAJOR SALE & HOLIDAY SEASON PROCESSING TIME IS 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS ! 

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International. Standard international shipping time is 6-14 business days.

ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO BACKORDER-  means not in stock and will need to be shipped from our manufacturer within 2-10 weeks (business days DO NOT include weekends or FEDERAL HOLIDAYS)
